Parnell sends Kochi reeling !

McCullum was sent by Thomas first ball, caught behind by Uthappa. Then Parnell clean bowled Laxman for a duck and then removed Jayawardene also caught behind and Kochi were reeling at 13/3 !

Then a great partnership of 88 between Jadeja ( 47 ) and Brad Hodge ( 39 ) put Kochi back into the game. But then both set batsmen were out. Vinay Kumar was run out unnecessarily and now Kochi are 118/7 !

Kerala lad Gomez played a cameo 26 not out and the Tuskers scored 148/8. 17 runs came in the last over and a 149 target was set by them.

It is still 50-50. There are many who thought that batting first was the wrong decision !
