He is not only the Guru of Indian cricket, he is a Guru to all cricketing aspirants worldwide ! And this is the best Guru Dakshina which his team mates can give !
Another Guru figure is Gary Kirsten. It is he who has taken Indian Cricket to the numero uno position. There are reports that he is resigning. There are also reports that he has been approached by the South African board. It is not the prudentest of courses for India to let him go.
This is also a great Guru Dakshina to him. If he exits, he has exited as the Guru who had lifted Indian cricket to the number one spot and made India the WC winners !
